That's the LØCI promise. We are building things to last. We're very confident in the quality of our trainers and their expected lifetime, but if you do have any issues, please reach out to our Customer Support team here. Please include your order number, or the email address used to place your order and photos clearly showing the problem. 

Items should have been purchased within a year and we won't consider claims on trainers that have been machine washed or not cleaned according to our Trainer Care Guidelines.

Please bear in mind that our trainers are developed to be water resistant, withstand daily usage & more - but like any shoe - it will become worn over time. Once worn, cleaned & reworn, your trainers will likely not look, feel or smell the same as they do when first purchased and we won't consider general wear & tear as a defect.

Once your LØCIs have reached the end of their lifespan, please use our LØCI SØLE-CYCLE programme to recycle your trainers. You'll even get a £25 voucher for doing so!
